The National Disposals Agency (NDA) is a network of sales agents and certificated enforcement officers based in England and Wales.

Originally established in 2003 to facilitate Government asset recovery response, collections and sales requirements, the NDA has grown to serve clients across the public and private sector.

The NDA has been formed by some of the UK's biggest independent commercial auction houses, providing blanket coverage across the UK and Ireland to respond either immediately or within hours of instruction.

The NDA is on operational standby 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Member organisations within the NDA are used to operating by confidentiality agreements to safeguard and maintain the level of discretion expected by some clients managing sensitive case work.
